Louis was super helpful in making sure the gear loft would fit properly in our airstream interstate 19 e1. Assembly was very straightforward after watching the installation video. It's added so much extra storage space to our van for all of our bedding, jackets etc. Very happy with the purchase!

Perfect solution for window coverings, pillows, jackets … anything bulky and light weight, gets it out of the way. Very solid construction and looks great! Pay attention to the coat hook screws, as noted in the installation video go EASY on tightening these, and use the longer screws provided. Big thumbs up to Radius on this product!

Hands down, my most used and appreciated piece of Radius gear! Installs easily, looks great, doesn’t impede movement (or views) in the van, and stores a boat load of gear. On any given day it’ll hold an extra jacket (or few), beach blankets, yoga mat, pillow and whatever else is cluttering up the cab.
It’s the first thing other Sprinter owners notice when they have a peak.

Was a little worried about fitting with a cabinet on the driver side. Reviewed the install videos over and over. It really looked like it would fit. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out so well. Had to slightly modify the tubes for the Airstream Interstate 24X-E1 fit, but I was able to make it work. Super happy with the results!! Awesome craftsmanship and the packaging was super impressive. Highly recommend.

Looks great. The rack appears well engineered. I’m running into a problem on the passenger side where the buildout is interfering with the positioning of the rack. Considering alterations to the tube to work around the intruding/offending items.

Was unsure it would fit a Airstream Interstate 19 -E1 but with some coaxing it fit nicely. ( do to the space behind the drivers seat )
The product is well presented with all the tools you need and good videos for assembly.
I am would 100% suggest the product although it does not fit officially it fits well enough and it creates a great space to store your bedding and other light items in a tight build.

I love my new gear loft! It fits fantastic and I use it to hold my mountain bike helmet, gloves, pads, jackets and shorts! Plus, all of the sunshades for the van are up there too! You can still use the visor shelfs for small/flatter items which is a plus.

I just installed the gear loft, so not a lot of use yet, but the packaging alone is award winning, and immediately inspires confidence. If you're the installer and/or you bought this, don't let someone else take it out of the package, if you have an aesthetic bone in your body, the presentation will put a smile on your face; from the drawing on top of the small parts box, the QR code very obvious, the paper install instructions in a clear sleeve, and then the parts themselves each in it's own cutout it all unfolds like a short story. The density, fit and finish of the plastic parts and the quality of the machined aluminum coupling are all as top notch, as good or better than anything from Mercedes.
The extra little pocket in the center looks like it will find many uses, glasses, small electronics, etc.
I did alter the suggested install slightly, after trying to thread the aluminum tubing through the coat hook position supports, held with only a plastic blind nut, I decided to remove those and put them onto the tubing first, put the tube into the oh shit handle mount, then screw the coat hook mount on. That was also motivated by a high cabinet on the drivers side giving less room to maneuver. I also took the aluminum coupling completely apart also for fear of putting too much pressure on the mounting points.
Overall, very nice product, would buy again, would recommend to a friend.

Best experience I’ve had with any purchase for our 2021 Mercedes Sprinter 144” Passenger Van.
The description on the website was exactly what I was looking for.
We live in Kansas City and have property in Colorado. We drive there approximately every month with a van loaded with adults and kids. We always have small/light items that need a place to store.
This overhead storage was perfect for what we needed. We had wasted space above driver and passenger headroom.
It was easy to install as I watched the video provided while doing the installation.
The best part was the customer service.
I called from Kansas City at approximately 3pm on a Friday. I needed the product by following Tuesday as we were leaving on Wednesday.
Louis and the staff were getting ready to leave for the weekend but they took my phone call. They assured me that it would be delivered by my deadline and it was delivered on time.
Louis and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it shipped that evening to get to me on time.
It was delivered on Tuesday so I was able to install it that day and able to leave on Wednesday.
The product is incredible! I was nervous that it might shake or rattle but it never did.

Saw this in a van lifer video and even though we do not live in our van full time wanted the reclaim that lost space over the front seats. Watched the install video a few times and decided l did not need to get it installed at a dealership or sales location. So when it arrived I just followed the steps in the video and it was fairly easy to install. Took about 20-30 minutes to install just like they said and that included my redoing the lacing a few times to get the spacing pretty near perfect because the look of it mattered to me. If you are not so picky about the look of the lacing it could be faster and obviously still function as designed!

The website says if you have a bulkhead immediately behind the drivers seat, installation may be problematic. NOT SO! I may argue it's better! We cheated the rack forward 1-inch for clearance, and everything fit fine. Moreover, we were able to use a 3/4-inch PVC conduit strap to secure the rack to the bulkhead; making the assembly even stronger - without any rattles. Recommend the Gear Rack highly!

Works great! Was easy to install. I find it very convenient to have that shelf space. And I am not worried about bonking my head into bottom of shelf because of the mesh fabric.
One minor note, pay careful attention to the screw holes where the coat hooks go. Just plastic there. I had to pickup extra screw slightly longer at hardware store to thread into passenger side column completely.

WE were able to find a used 4x4 Sprinter from the same customizer in Ohio, so we disassembled out gear loft from our previous rig and moved it to this one... The Sprinter hardware on the newer one was challenging as they used locrite(?) on the hardware.. But with a little help, we got it done.. It is a great space for some lighter weight items that would usually be on the seats or other places in the way..

Gear Loft works fantastic in my Airstream Interstate 19. Worked with Louis at Radius because I knew it would be a tight fit with the bulkhead for shower/bathroom directly behind the driver seat. But it fits with 1.5" to spare.

What prevents me from giving 5 stars is that (to me) the cutout in the middle is too small, and I find myself hitting my head on it too often. I would sacrifice some storage space in exchange for a larger cutout, to make getting in and out of the front seats a bit easier.
