Yes. We believe in our products and we want to take care of you! Especially if there is something wrong with one of our products. We'll take care of all reasonable warranty requests.
We've heard of people wearing their puffball jacket for years and then returning it to Patagonia for a new one. We're cool but not that cool yet. We'll do our best to take care of you, though.
Products
Absolutely. In some cases we may See our Policies page for more information. In some cases we offer a replacement and in some cases we can send you a replacement component.
Yes. We use premium materials in all of our products but they are not immune to regular wear and tear. In some products we use natural leather that will age and patina with use - oils and moisture will affect the leather color. Several of our products have anodized aluminum hardware that will scratch and wear with use. Our products are meant to bounce around in the back of adventure vehicles but they will certainly show signs of wear and tear depending on how they are stowed and what other materials they are stowed next to. Radius stuff ages - just like you and me.
No. We are not set up for product personalization unless we can work with you to manufacture 100 units to 500 units depending on the product.
Gear Loft
No. We've designed Gear Loft to fit in high roof Sprinter vans made from 2007 to current. Please see our disclosures and install video to be sure your Sprinter van looks like ours.

No. Gear Loft has a weight limit of 5 pounds per side - 10 pounds total. We use ours for jackets, sleeping bags, pillows, dirty laundry, towels, etc.
