Returns and Exchanges

    1.1 Clothing, Drinkware, Organizational Equipment, and all other Non-Bolt On Items: 

    We will accept a return within 30 days of the delivery date if the item is unused, and includes all of the components with which it was delivered. We recommend that you return items in the packaging we provided, insured with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while en route to us. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Refund amounts do not include the original shipping cost(s). All refunds will occur on the original payment method. Allow up to 10 days for refunds to process. To make an exchange for items, follow the instructions for a return, and place another new order. 

    1.2 Bolt-On Components: 

    To set you up for success with your purchase of our products, we provide detailed product descriptions, disclaimers, and tutorials for installation. We will accept a return within 30 days of the delivery date if the item is unused, and includes all of the components with which it was delivered. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you return items in the packaging we provided, insured with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while enroute to us. If the original packaging is not available, secure the item as similarly as possible to the way it was delivered, including packaging fillers. Returned bolt-on vehicle components are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A 3% Credit Card Fee will be applied to refunds. All refunds will occur on the original payment method. Allow up to 10 days for refunds to process. To make an exchange for items, follow the instructions for a return, and place another new order. 

    Return Instructions:

    1. Email customerservice@radiusoutfitters.com to request a return, along with the reason for the return. Ensure the item being returned fits the criteria below. 
    2. Radius will send a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    3. Send the item back in its original packaging, and include both the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number inside the box as well as the original Order Number and Full Name.
    4. When the item is received, we will notify you of our decision to approve or reject the return. 
    5. If the item is in appropriate condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item.

    Shipping Policy

    Shipping costs will be disclosed at the point of checkout, and a tracking number will be made available. If items are not received within 2 days of the carrier's estimated delivery date, please contact us.

    3.1 Damaged Shipping:

    If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Inspect your item for flaws as soon as possible when it arrives. You must make a claim for items damaged during the shipping process within seven days of the arrival date. Take pictures of the packaging and the damaged product. 

    Defect Claims

    Upon receiving your order, inspect all items. If you believe the item is defective, please contact us immediately. Make a claim for defective items within 30 days of the arrival date.

    Warranty

    The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with our product. If our product lets you down then please contact us and we'll make every effort to make it right. Our interests are in alignment on this. We'll be super cool about build quality issues, defects, material failures, craftsmanship, etc. We might be less cool about replacing something that has clearly been abused. We wish we were as cool as Patagonia but, quite frankly, we have a ways to go. Thanks!

    Directions for maintenance and care of Radius products will be provided to you upon purchasing an item. Please review when you receive your item. Damage due to regular wear of the product will not be covered by warranty. Regular wear due to normal use of an item includes scratches, dents, discoloration, and other cosmetic imperfections.

    5.2 Bolt-On Components:

Damage due to regular wear of the product, improper installation, and unauthorized modifications will not be covered by warranty. Regular wear due to normal use of an item includes scratches, dents, discoloration, and other cosmetic imperfections. Improper installation and unauthorized modifications include anything outside of what the installation tutorials direct you to do. Do not attempt to store items that are over the recommended weight limit. We recommend following the instructions provided by our DIY tutorials as closely as possible, as well as reading the product disclaimers carefully if applicable, before agreeing and purchasing the items.
